The Symbolism of the Hummingbird

Small yet mighty, the hummingbird is a timeless symbol of:

• Joy and lightness of being – reminding us to find sweetness in the present moment. 
• Resilience – despite its delicate frame, it undertakes epic migrations, just like those on a deep healing journey. 
• Transcendence – it moves in all directions, including hovering in stillness, reflecting      non-linear healing and spiritual agility. 
• Messenger of spirit – often seen as a guide between worlds, the hummingbird      mirrors the intuitive, energy, and psychedelic realms. 

Its rainbow-colored wings evoke chakra alignment, integration of the full spectrum of emotions, and the unity of mind, body, and spirit.
