REFUND POLICY:
- Completed services are not eligible for a refund. Please see our cancellation policy below for terms for individual and group sessions.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so by email - info@thealchemyofserenity.com (24/7)
- If you cancel within 2 hours or no-show your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged $100.
- Because our operating hours are appointment-based, timestamps on emails will be honored when a cancellation has to occur.
GROUP SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY:
