The Rooted Sanctuary: an integration session that anchors the insights of your journey, offering a safe space to embody transformation and carry it into daily life. 

The Rooted Sanctuary rounds out the journey experience.  The journey is only the beginning. The Rooted Sanctuary is where insight becomes embodiment — where the revelations of your consciousness-expanding session are anchored into your mind, body, and spirit. Through a blend of reflective dialogue, guided imagery, and somatic practices, we weave your new awareness into the fabric of your daily life. This is the space to root your transformation so it grows strong and lasting, rather than fading into memory. This 1-hour session, which will be scheduled for several days after the journey, consists of reviewing the journey, a tarot reading to help interpret what has come up and a discussion about the 7 stages of integration. You will leave with a workbook to further explore the thoughts and outcomes of the journey. This session is required as all of the insight and healing that comes from the journey needs to be integrated into life in order to reap the benefits of the experience.

Following the The Rooted Sanctuary, additional support sessions in The Eagle Wing, The Liminal Space or The Phoenix Spiral will be scheduled as needed and desired by the client.
