This is the initiation point for all LiftUp/GroundDown™ journeys. It’s where we meet your energy as it is today, map the terrain of your inner and outer worlds, and set a clear, soul-aligned intention for your path forward. 

Session Flow

1. Discovering Your Personal Archetypes

We begin by identifying your foundational cards:

• Astrological Card — based on your Sun Sign
• Birthdate Cards — your Soul and Personality Cards
• We discuss their meaning and how they show up in your current life.

2. Choosing Your Gateway Spread

You’ll select the spread that calls to you most:

• The Shadow Mirror Spread — reveals hidden patterns and truths
• Death, Rebirth, Integration Spread — maps cycles of transformation
• The Archetypal Self Spread — uncovers the inner cast of characters
• The Star Within Spread — illuminates your guiding light and destiny

3. Card Pull & Optional Chakra Overlay

You pull your cards intuitively.
Optional upgrade: Chakra Overlay 

• Includes crystals and essential oils attuned to each chakra
•  A clarifying card is pulled for each chakra to reveal energetic imbalances      and opportunities

4. Reading & Reflection

We explore:

• Themes and archetypes that emerge
• How your cards interact with your personal archetypes
• Insights from the chakra overlay (if chosen)
• We then craft your intention statement for the journey ahead.

5. Choosing Your Path

Based on your reading, intention, and personal goals, you may:

• Step onto The Eagle Wing — the path of insight, clarity, and elevated perspective
• Step into The Phoenix Spiral — the path of deep transformation and rebirth
• Ground yourself in The Liminal Space to help you decide
• Or choose no formal path at this time
