Somatic Breathwork is an active, transformative practice for those who find it hard to quiet the mind during meditation or hypnotherapy. By focusing on intentional breath patterns, we shift awareness from thought to sensation—opening the door to deep release, altered states of consciousness, and profound self-discovery.
In this session, we begin with an introduction to circular breathing—a gentle yet powerful technique that keeps the breath in constant motion. This method increases CO₂ in the blood, often producing effects similar to psychedelic or DMT-type experiences. We’ll review the process together, practice until you feel comfortable, and set an intention for your journey.
Once you’re ready, we’ll start with a grounding body scan, then move into 20–45 minutes of breathwork guided entirely by music. You’ll follow the rise and fall of the soundscape, allowing your breathing to match its rhythm. Throughout the session, you’ll be fully supported and expertly guided, with space to integrate your experience at the end.
