Over the years, I’ve been quietly developing something sacred — a soul-centered framework that weaves together my lived experience, ancestral healing, and integrative spiritual work.

It began as a way to navigate my own healing journey — a way to regulate, to rise, to root.
But over time, it became something more. I’m now ready to share the full form of that work: 

LiftUp/GroundDown™ — a living cosmology with two distinct wings of transformation.

🌈 A Living Methodology and Cosmology

LiftUp/GroundDown™ is a twofold path.

The methodology helps you move through change with structured tools like guided tarot journeys, body-based ritual, and intentional integration work.

The cosmology invites you into a deeper understanding of what’s really happening beneath the surface—a symbolic language of transformation rooted in archetype, energy, and soul.

Combining methodology and cosmology brought me to what this work is...a Pathway.

Pathway (noun):
A guided and evolving journey through personal transformation. 

In the LiftUp/GroundDown™ system, the Pathway weaves together practical methodology and symbolic cosmology to support healing, insight, and integration. It is both a map and a myth—a way forward and a way in.

• The Pathway is not a straight line.
• It spirals, circles, and opens.
• It asks you to lift, to ground, to pause in the unknown—and to trust that every step is part of your becoming.

LiftUp/GroundDown™ is the energetic field that holds all of this. There are two paths that you can follow, The Eagle Wing and The Phoenix Spiral. These aren’t stages — they are sacred choices, paths you can enter based on what your soul is calling for. And if you need a break, you are invited to explore The Liminal Space, a place of offerings meant to steady you when you need support or a break from your journey in either wing.

Some seek vision. Others seek fire. Many move between the two. 

This isn’t a program. It’s a rhythm. A remembering. A return.

Where the Path Begins is not a "normal" tarot card reading.  This is the initiation point for all LiftUp/GroundDown™ journeys. It’s where we meet your energy as it is today, map the terrain of your inner and outer worlds, and set a clear, soul-aligned intention for your path forward. 

This is not a linear process or a one-size-fits-all method. It’s a mythic ecosystem you move through as your soul requires — sometimes soaring for clarity, sometimes spiraling through fire. At its center is a choice:
