This deeply restorative session is designed to clear away stagnant or heavy energy, recharge your natural energy centers, and bring your system back into harmony. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in yourself.

In my version of Reiki, I weave together crystals, aromatherapy, singing bowls, pendulum work, intuitive card pulls, the gentle yet powerful touch of traditional hands-on Reiki and foot-chakra reflexology. The session begins with intention-setting, followed by about 40–45 minutes “on the table,” fully clothed, while your energy field is cleared, balanced, and recharged. The remaining time is spent in reflection and integration, giving space for insights to land.

Reiki, a traditional Japanese technique for relaxation and holistic healing, supports the release of stress, pain, and energetic blockages while promoting an overall sense of well-being and balance. Chakra balancing draws from ancient Vedic wisdom, working with the seven main energy centers — Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown — to restore flow where there may be stagnation. When these centers are in balance, your whole being feels lighter, freer, and more aligned with your natural vitality.
