🌿 About The Alchemy of Serenity

The Alchemy of Serenity was born from my own crucible. It is not a theory, a borrowed method, or a set of rigid steps — it is the living path  I forged by walking through decades of grief, trauma, and transformation. My name is Kiera Stroup and I'm a Transformation Alchemist.

For most of my life, I lived in compartments — following the rules, holding myself together with structure, masking the storm inside. My authoritarian upbringing and undiagnosed ADHD meant I clung to logic and order, even when they didn’t fit my soul. But step by step, the walls I built began to crack — first through years of personal healing, then through profound work with plant medicine, somatic practices, and deep inner journeys.

In 2022, ketamine therapy lifted the heavy shadow of depression. In 2023, I began my training as a Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Guide, my mind already primed for change by the neuroplasticity this work unlocks. What followed was a shift from simply “managing” life to embodying a self I had never known — authentic, present, and whole.

From that transformation, the LiftUp/GroundDown Pathway™ emerged — a methodology for guiding others through their own cycles of insight, integration, and embodiment. It has three realms:

• The Eagle Wing – For gaining perspective, clarity, and vision. 
• The Phoenix Spiral – For transmuting what no longer serves and rising renewed. 
• The Liminal Space – For deep, body-centered work that bridges the seen and unseen.
   

Every session is a dialogue between the esoteric and the somatic — tarot and archetypes meet energy work, bodywork, hypnotherapy, and guided imagery. Whether through subtle energetic shifts or profound consciousness-expanding journeys, my role is not to “fix” you, but to hold the crucible where your own transformation unfolds. You have the profound ability to heal yourself.

I bring to this work more than a decade of experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, aromatherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, massage therapist, tarot reader, and mindfulness-based psychedelic guide. But more than that — I bring my lived truth. I have been the one walking away from what no longer serves. I have been the one fumbling in the dark until the blinds were thrown open. And I know the courage it takes to step forward when the light feels blinding.

The Alchemy of Serenity is where you meet yourself again — not as who you were told to be, but as who you truly are.
